Getting GasAbate on your farms
From initial enquiries right through to reporting on the volumes of slurry treated, we've got you covered
STEP 1
Information gathering
For companies and co-ops who want to reduce emissions with our GasAbate and Compli 360 technology, we've put steps in place to make it as easy as possible. We'll give you a link to a form where your farmers can add their farm, animal and slurry tank details:
- Farm type and size
- Number of animals
- Number of slurry tanks
- Shape and size of tanks
- Volume of slurry produced

STEP 2
Bespoke design

Based on the information gathered, a detailed design is created for each farm installation, to include:
- Pipework for treating the slurry
- Storage tanks for the GasAbate additive
- Sensors and pumps for system operation
- Compli360 PLC for remote monitoring, recording and verification
STEP 3
Installation
Installation time is dependent on the type and size of the tanks:
- GasAbate pipework secured to the base of the tank
- Pipes, storage tank, pumps and sensors connected to the PLC for remote monitoring
- GasAbate liquid additive added to the storage tank
- System tested and commissioned

STEP 4
Monitoring & reporting

Once the system has been put live, it is monitored remotedly by GlasPort Bio with no farmer interaction required:
- Automated alerts sent to GlasPort Bio should any issues arise or a delivery of the additive is required
- Farm-level reporting showing the volume of slurry treated, GasAbate additive used and calculation of emissions abated
- Group-level reporting showing total values from all participating farms
